ADULT Training
Whether you are a competitive athlete or looking to embark on a healthier lifestyle, we partner with you to formulate your goals and achieve what might seem unreachable at first. Progress is made when we aim out of our comfort zone. Regardless of your personal goals, you will train like an athlete at Combine Training. We will improve speed, strength, and agility while enhancing fitness and overall health.
Triathlon Training
Are you looking to compete in your first event, set a personal best, or qualify for a championship race? Our team is comprised of athletes working toward their first sprint all the way up to Ironman Kona Qualifiers. We train side by side pushing each other to limits otherwise thought unreachable. Our program is year-round. THERE IS NO OFF-SEASON!
SWIM TRAINING
We offer extensive training for triathlon swimming and competitive swimming. Although the goals are the same--complete the distance as fast as possible--there are very different training methodologies employed for each. Your greatest improvements in speed will occur as your technique improves. The more efficient your swimming is, the less energy you need to complete the distance in a faster time. Our lessons are taught by certified swim instructors who are also former D1 collegiate swimmers or USA triathlon coaches.

Injury Prevention/Regeneration
Recovery is the limiting factor to performance. It helps to restore balance in the body and enhance the bodies response to training. Our goal is to help balance active and passive recovery time to ensure an injury free training experience.
We will educate you on the full spectrum of injury prevention, from basic to advanced techniques. Restoring normal range of motion of joints and muscle groups will keep you pain free and in the game…whatever your game may be! |
RECOVERY / Cryotherapy
Combine Cryo is conveniently located in the Combine Training facility and offers cutting edge recovery using Whole Body Cryotherapy “WBC”. Whole Body Cryotherapy will accelerate training recovery time, reduce inflammation in the body, and manage joint pain. The boost of endorphins that you will feel with WBC is similar to a “runner’s high” and adds to the overall experience.
